The way Cherry actually gave a deserving performance but her win last year was just so bad she is literally just a bad winner in general.

I swear if it was a repeat for The Handmaid’s Tale you’d literally be praising her…

Ugh, Cherry Jones’ win last year will forever be an embarassment for the Television Academy lol.

I’m so glad that after months of people claiming pre nominations it would get shut out in acting that Succession proved everyone wrong and won an acting award!

Now watch how Sarah Snook and Jeremy Strong win tomorrow.

FYC OSCARS : VANESSA KIRBY FOR "PIECES OF A WOMAN", GLENN CLOSE FOR "HILLBILLY ELEGY", ANTHONY HOPKINS FOR "THE FATHER", CHADWICK BOSEMAN FOR "MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM", PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN (BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY).

Mahershala Ali could pull a Maya Rudolph and win his first 2 Emmys in the same year if he wins tomorrow.

Comedy is a mess. I think I’m going to predict Schitt’s Creek to do Fleabag style wins + S. Actor and still predict Alex and Ramy.

I’m now wondering if the show may do the opposite of what people are expecting and win Directing but lose Writing due to a vote split (hope not!)

On the other hand I feel very confident predicting Succession in Series, Actor, S. Actress, Writing and Directing. Need to try and find out what I am super betting for tomorrow.

FYC OSCARS : VANESSA KIRBY FOR "PIECES OF A WOMAN", GLENN CLOSE FOR "HILLBILLY ELEGY", ANTHONY HOPKINS FOR "THE FATHER", CHADWICK BOSEMAN FOR "MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM", PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN (BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY).

I don’t think we should use the guest categories wins to predict above the line acting categories. Cherry was very deserving but we also don’t know how much of a name check she was. That said I’m predicting 4 different shows to win the acting categories.

I only had Ozark in for Sound. Not surprised. It is not the kind of show that usually wins crafts. Linney is the only one I’m predicting to win tomorrow and even then might bump Zendaya up on my predictions

Well, maybe Netflix finally gets a Series win next year thanks to so many shows not being filmed in time.

Well this is what happened last year in Drama!

Well, maybe Netflix finally gets a Series win next year thanks to so many shows not being filmed in time. an incredibly deserving and baity Diana/Thatcher centred season of The Crown being eligible.

Yeah I know I am so excited!

I’m still sticking to Helena in Supporting Actress, but Snook is very tempting.

I thought I was set on Shalhoub for Comedy S. Actor, but maybe I should switch back to Ali now that he’s won an Emmy?? Decisions, decisions… (And just watch Braughner or Thompson win it tomorrow, lol.)
