Also, Sharp Objects got both Clarkson and Perkins, but not Scanlen.

The Good Fight got series which I’m ecstatic about, such an underrated show. Also, how the hell did the TGF get series but Baranski not get in actress

Santos of all the Superstore cast, he’s the one that got in, guess the McCarthy effect for ya

Finally, somewhere recognised Gyllenhaal and her fantastic work this season

    Finally Jodie Comer shows up.

I don’t understand how The Good Fight suddenly shows up in series without anything else.

There are many inspired nominees here (I’m THRILLED that Julia Garner, Justina Machado, and Elizabeth Olsen are getting some love) but a lot of these are very WTF. It seems like this ceremony was trying too hard to say that they’re the cool awards show that hands out noms to people who are snubbed most other places (but maybe don’t actually deserve the awards). Perkins and not Scanlen for Sharp Objects? I mean WHAT?

Escape at Dannemora not only got all three leading stars, but also the guy playing Arquette’s husband.

Globes and Critics Choice ignored Wright as well.

I’m happy that Billy Porter was nominated, HOWEVER he has a better chance in the Supporting actor category. Because honestly he was supporting all season long..and I’m surprised that no award show have nominated one of the Transgender actress from Pose. I mean Indya Moore should be nominated..

Really thrilled for the unheralded series around here getting some love: “Billions” (Asia Kate Dillon is a revelation), “Succession” (should have been Kieran Culkin over mehhh Matthew MacFayden, but whatever), “My Brilliant Friend,” “Escape at Dannemora,” “Schitt’s Creek” (where is Daniel Levy???), “Insecure” (come through, Issa Rae!), “The Conners” (Laurie Metcalf will repeat this at the Emmys), “Bodyguard” (Richard Madden!), “Pose” (Billy Porter!), “This Is Us” (first nomination for Justin Hartley finally!), “Will & Grace” (still no Megan Mullally?), and “The Good Doctor” (both Freddie Highmore and Richard Schiff). Nice breakthroughs for all, regardless of status or relevance.

Maniac completely snubbed again. Didn’t expect it to perform this poorly.

it was horrible … IDK where it would even get nominated

These had some problems but compared to past years I’m incredible happy (with the tv side at least).

Sucks that Maya Rudolph missed both here and at the Globes, was looking forward to seeing her receive some much-deserved recognition.

On the upside, Julia Garner finally receives a nomination!!

Debra Messing is really the MVP of the W&G season, a SAG nomination seems very likely
