This tweet doesn’t have any plot spoilers, but I won’t say who the other guest actress in case you don’t want to know. But this is the second teased guest star.

    Really enjoying this fucking season.

Christina Applegate is fucking ruling it.

And it’s funnier than the first fucking one.

That opening scene with the police offer in Episode 4 is one of the funniest things I’ve seen all year.

“You Know What You Did”: This was great! Yay! Applegate and Cardellini are so on the money with their performances, both balancing comic and dramatic tones so effectively. Loved the twist at the end even if I did kind of have a feeling it might happen. I laughed out loud multiple times as well which is not something I regularly say about this show.

I’ve seen the whole season. For me, the quality is just the same as the first season. A very solid second season that is still dramatic, funny, and twisted. Applegate and Cardellini were wonderful and both of them deserve to get nominated together. James Marsden was also delightful. Not Emmy-worthy necessary, but I enjoyed what he did in this season.

I have watched half of it and I loved what I saw. It’s still funny, fresh and entertaining. Both Applegate and Cardelini are amazing in those roles and their chemistry is just so great.

Finished. It was solid. I laughed more than during season 1.

For me the highlights of the show are the amazing performances. James Marsden was surprisingly good and again Linda and Christina definitely deserve some recognition.

I hope Netflix promotes even more. Last year Applegate did almost 0 promotion during award season.

    Off season 2 topic:

The cast did a live table read of the pilot on Facebook and it was SO GOOD.

    Episode 9. MY GOD.

For those who haven’t seen it yet, you’ve got a big storm coming. Applegate and Cardellini deserve all of the awards for their performances here alone.

I’m about to start episode 10 and I can’t wait to see how this season ends.

Do you think its better than the latest seasons of Schitts Creek and mrs Maisel? I think so.

This show has never been Emmy Series worthy, but it’s very entertaining and certainly more entertaining than other shows that keep winning awards.

As of the lead actresses, Applegate is fantastic. She acts circles around both Brosnahan & O’Hara combined. Cardellini is also nothing but solid. It would be offensive to snub her compelling work. Marsden isn’t Emmy worthy and he isn’t getting nominated for the Emmy.
