Thanks!August 16, 2018 at 12:56 pm #1202610856
We are still missing most of the lists of nominated producers. Not sure what is going on there.

They are all on the viewing platform. I’ve attached an example.
Are ALL Emmy contenders available for voters to watch on the FYC viewing platform?
For your Goldderby Film Awards consideration: Isle of Dogs for every category, especially Music Score for Alexandre Desplat!August 16, 2018 at 9:25 pm #1202611128

I thought that Cher had retained an executive producer credit on Flint and would have been nominated with the producing team, at least according to this article: https://www.goldderby.com/article/2018/stars-you-didnt-know-were-emmy-nominees-include-cher-michael-b-jordan-john-krasinski/.August 17, 2018 at 9:58 am #1202611445
The Emmys accept almost everyone, with a few exceptions. I remember them previously deeming it too much of a vanity credit for Michael C. Hall to be nominated as executive producer on the third and fourth seasons of Dexter; looks like the same thing has happened to Cher.

Nope. I just checked the opening credits to be sure and Cher isn’t listed as a producer at all. IMDB still lists her, but doesn’t list Latifah and Compere. After Cher withdrew from the project in March 2017, Latifah and Compere joined the project the next month and must have taken on the equivalent EP responsibilities.August 19, 2018 at 5:56 pm #1202612504
Hmmm, but Cher was among nominees for the 2nd Annual Black Reel Awards for Television:
Wonder if they just copied the info of producers off of IMDB or she is one of the producers after all?
Is it possible that a producer’s name is ‘hidden’ aka not shown during the credits of a movie, if the movie’s issue is too serious and the producer is a big celebrity or something?

Ever since the Emmys redesigned their website to a drop down menu of the nominees I do not see producers listed anymore!
Goldderby with its vast resources must demand the Academy fix this!August 19, 2018 at 8:26 pm #1202612537
Black Reel would have just used IMDb.
