Great submission for Issa. That was an excellent showcase for her. It had funny and dramatic moments.
I was afraid she would go with “Lowkey Movin’ On” which despite being a great episode, it was more of an ensemble piece.August 3, 2020 at 1:18 pm #1203624549
Perfect Submission. She’s coming everyone!

I’m sorry but Jeremy strong should’ve went with the return he better in that. Looks like Cox is going to submit hunting since Jeremy already snagged this is not for tears. If Cox goes with the finale too is probably will be the dumbest decision ever considering he’s up against jeremyAugust 3, 2020 at 1:25 pm #1203624576
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember someone saying here in the past that actors nominated in the same category cannot choose the same episode. I may be mistaken.August 3, 2020 at 1:31 pm #1203624607

They can but it’s dumb. A voter will not watch the same episode twice.August 3, 2020 at 1:34 pm #1203624624
Upside is that it would make for an apples-to-apples comparison?August 3, 2020 at 1:34 pm #1203624630
This happened in 2013 with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Ed O’Neil, but the latter changed his mind and they went with different episodes in the end.August 3, 2020 at 1:41 pm #1203624653

Yay Issa Rae! I was expecting “Lowkey Movin’ On” as her submission, so this is an unexpected and pleasant surprise! It’s also the show’s best written episode of the season (penned by cast member Natasha Rothwell).
