Rewatched Succession S2 this weekend. I just realized that Shiv has more prominent role in Tern Haven and it would make sense as a submission. Snook was great in DC but her big scene happens way too far in the episode.
I think the same, especially the scene right after dinner.August 11, 2020 at 3:55 am #1203639522
I would agree, but her scene in DC is bonkers. The manipulation. It’s her best scene IMO. I would be disappointed if she didn’t submit DC as great as she is in “Tern Haven” too.

Well, that was an interesting choice. At least tapes don’t matter anymoreAugust 11, 2020 at 7:08 am #1203639667
I’m glad Yvonne Orji didn’t go with Lowkey Trippin’. Yes she has the most screentime but she didn’t get all that much to do and it wasn’t her best work.August 11, 2020 at 7:40 am #1203639728
Lowkey Lost is a great submission for Orji, what are yall talking about?August 11, 2020 at 8:36 am #1203639845
I still wish she’d gone with episode 9. The car scene!!!

That’s a very intersting choice. From what I remember, she’s definetly the standout of the episode. But I still think she shouldve gone with either “Between You and Me” or “It’s Not You, It’s Me”.August 11, 2020 at 8:46 am #1203639864
Sort of a random selection from Cardellini. Not bad, just random. I guess it has the advantage of not giving Applegate any particular showcase.
Applegate’s submission is actually the best for both ladies, so voters who actually watch reels will see that anyway.August 11, 2020 at 9:07 am #1203639919
I knew Cardellini would go with episode 7. It looks like she’s following what Applegate did last year and picked her most comedic episode of the season. She also has a scene at the end with Detective Perez that is very strong.August 11, 2020 at 9:45 am #1203639962
That is literally his least mediocre performance on the show so I’m not surprised he submitted that one.
