I don‘t think Ted Lasso would be considered weak had it not competed with Schitt’s everywhere though it would’ve likely won PGA and SAG ensemble.

The same can be said about Kaley Cuoco then…

I think the ultimate sign of its strength is Einbinder. If she gets in, we’ll know that there’s support. And damn I hope she does because she’s so win worthy.

    Her performance in Episode 5!

I may just be being pessimistic because I love the show so much but I feel like the excitement around Girls5Eva has cooled down a bit.

It feels weird to ask this but could Hacks end up pulling a Handmaid’s Tale s1? It feels like its momentum is only increasing with each passing episode.

If when you say a “THT moment” you mean win series for its first season, yes, it could happen. However it would not be exactly a “THT moment” and more like a “30 Rock moment” or an “Arrested Development moment”.

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

Between Naomi Ackie, Hannah Einbinder, Cecily Strong, Hannah Waddingham and the Girls5Eva women we’re really blessed with this supporting actress field (which is ironic considering how weak the rest of the comedy fields are lol).

Zosia Mamet and Michelle Gomez too!

Honestly this. It’s a very small show.

And it first season of THT?

Oh god, Hacks and THT aren’t comparable in any possible way.

Kathleen Turner and Juno Temple too. I also like the candidates in that category.

Emmy FYC: Basically no one because everyone who was my FYC was snubbed. Anyway, I May Destroy You for victory in each category.

This parallel between Hacks and Handmaid’s Tale is SENDING me.

This isn’t a perfect comparison but the best comparison I can think of is The Queen’s Gambit

Anya and Bill on Emmy night when they pull an Elisabeth Moss and Ann Dowd:

This parallel between Hacks and Handmaid’s Tale is SENDING me.

It’s funnier than all contending shows combined.
