If Mj gets nominated, I could see her being Emma’s biggest challenger.

I think it’s Olivia Colman, actually.

My favorite character from the show. The ending of season 2 really got me.

Definitely possible. But the trend in this category, which I articulated in my Zendaya article from last summer, would really favor Mj if she gets nominated. But it’s too early to tell anyway.

Based on 6 reviews, lol. Critics do not care about this show anymore. Barely anyone even reviewed it.

It kinda needed acclaim to be taken seriously again though.

I guess we’ll see, right? This field is seriously thin, so who knows.

So… do I drop THT from Series or not?

Think I’m gonna be dropping Moss as well…

Emmys FYC: Maya Erskine in PEN15, Paapa Essiedu in I May Destroy You, Keeley Hawes in It's a Sin, Carl Lumbly in TFATWS, Cristin Milioti in Made for Love, Elizabeth Olsen in WandaVision, Billie Piper in I Hate Suzie, Hailee Steinfeld in Dickinson, William Zabka in Cobra Kai

Reviews from Handmaid’s Tale are episodic
I guess they are going to release as we go.

There’s no way critics would drop hard a show like this.

FYC Emmys: Get MJ Rodriguez that deserved WIN! And some votes for Elizabeth Olsen, Tobias Menzies and Matthew Rhys will be highly tasteful as well

Will now likely be predicting a Westworld s3 moment for THT: just Wiley and Whitford.

I can’t see both This is Us and The Handmaid’s Tale getting snubbed together. The Drama Series field would look like the People’s Choice Award with Bridgerton, The Mandalorian, Lovecraft Country, possibly The Boys and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

With regards to The Handmaid’s Tale, unless we see the competition shake up, I feel quite content with keeping it in series. Last year we saw how well Westworld did (probably being one or two slots away from series) in spite of being universally panned. With the weaker field I can see The Handmaid’s Tale retain its nominations from last year.

The question really will be can Moss get back in? I’m feeling less and less confident in that. Although I wonder if she gets replaced by Dynevor, if they return to Moss or if the actors branch go for a passion pick.

Either way MJ Rodriguez is looking very good for her historic nomination (as she should!)

If all were better received and most watched then what’s the problem.

I know for a fact that The Boys is better than most of the prestige type dramas we have right now.
