I know this won’t make any impact but The Girlfriend Experience returns May 2. Highly recommend the previous seasons if you haven’t watched yet.

    Hi, guys.

New here (although I used to read this forum).

I am seeing that some people is putting Olsen name in the female lead noms.

Is there a real possibility that she can get a nom?

I mean, I am not a Marvel fan but the show has blown my mind. So good. And she was amazing.

It would be a great achieve to have a Marvel actress nominated for a big award…

But it seems very improbable to me….I do not know, I am not an expert.

    It’s very possible yes
The show is a smash, her performance was praised everywhere and Disney is campaigning the hell out of the show

Marvel bias is probably what can stop it

    For Your Emmy Consideration:
Matthew Rhys for "Perry Mason" as Leading Actor in a Drama Series
Ethan Hawke for "The Good Lord Bird" as Leading Actor in a Limited Series
Elizabeth Olsen and Kathryn Hahn for "Wandavision" as Leading and Supporting actress in Limited Series
Tobias Menzies for "The Crown" as Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
MJ Rodriguez for "Pose" as Leading Actress in a Drama Series.

Even if Wandavision tanks at the Emmys due to Marvel bias I can’t see how it misses nominations in Supporting Actress and Directing at this point. There seems to be a raw buzz for and strong desire to award Kathryn Hahn who some consider to be overdue and the show got a DGA nom.

FYC Emmys: "The Crown" in all categories, "I May Destroy You" in all categories, "It's a Sin" in all categories, "Small Axe" in all categories, Billie Piper ("I Hate Suzie"), Yvonne Strahovski ("Stateless") and Ruth Wilson ("His Dark Materials")

Kathryn Hahn is probably winning, she’s everywhere these days.

Maybe I am the only one and…although I love Kathryn, to me Olsen was far superior.

I still have Coel winning Writing and Jenkins versus McQueen in Directing. The Queen’s Gambit might be undeniable in top category, but not in these two.

Problem is that I’m not sure TQG can lose both writing and directing and still win series.

So Euphoria has been removed from TV Movie in the predictions centre (probably because it’s ineligible). Unless Doctor Who is deemed ineligible too this category is starting to feel like a lineup of it, An American PickleChristmas on the SquareSylvie’s Love and Uncle Frank.

I feel like one of the Lifetime biopics (Mahalia Jackson and/or Wendy Williams) will happen too.

Broadcasting Press Guild, Gotham, Royal Television Society, Spirits

Should we consider these awards as ‘precursors’? I feel even something like Satellites fulfill that criteria better than them.

Technically, Behind Her Eyes is the fifth but I understand why you’re not including it.

Genius : Aretha has started around 71 on Metacritic. Will that be enough to help it against the controversy? Who knows? But I thought it was worth mentioning.

Riley do you know when the Mare of Easttown embargo is lifting?
