The way you can hardly tell which is Halston and which is Ewan McGregor in these shots:

    The race is over lol.

FYC Emmys: "The Crown" in all categories, "I May Destroy You" in all categories, "It's a Sin" in all categories, "Small Axe" in all categories, Billie Piper ("I Hate Suzie"), Yvonne Strahovski ("Stateless") and Ruth Wilson ("His Dark Materials")

Netflix need to hurry up and confirm that Inventing Anna won’t be making it in time so I can emotionally and spiritually move on!

I would love to see Kelly Bishop gain some traction for Halston. It’s ridiculous that she was never nominated for Gilmore Girls, so I’m really hoping she ends up being a standout and can get some well-deserved attention.

Emmys FYC: Maya Erskine in PEN15, Paapa Essiedu in I May Destroy You, Keeley Hawes in It's a Sin, Carl Lumbly in TFATWS, Cristin Milioti in Made for Love, Elizabeth Olsen in WandaVision, Billie Piper in I Hate Suzie, Hailee Steinfeld in Dickinson, William Zabka in Cobra Kai

For Emmys predictions, we are removing “The Serpent” from all categories.

Haven’t anything yet as to why. Can someone explain?

Inventing Anna should also be removed as well.

I assume that it’s a similar situation to Giri/Haji and Dracula last year where whilst it’s eligible for the Emmys due to being a Netflix production, it’s something that’s more something they’re intending for audiences rather than something they’re taking seriously for awards.

I wonder if Netflix are also not going to submit Stateless. It does have an FYC page but it’s nowhere to be seen on their Limited Series/Movie FYC campaign centre.

I loved Stateless, my favourite miniseries of the year. Incredibly underrated

    EMMY FYC

The Crown in all categories (inc. Olivia Colman & Gillian Anderson)

I May Destroy You, It’s a Sin, Stateless & The Queens Gambit

Kate Winslet, Keeley Hawes, Shaun Parkes, Marielle Heller, Michaela Coel

Ted Lasso & The Flight Attendant in all categories.

Well The Serpent doesn’t appear to be ineligible. It looks more like Netflix aren’t submitting it (like Dracula last year).

Although the fact I Hate Suzie isn’t on HBO Max’s FYC page is quite concerning for its chances. Especially considering how HBO Max submitted and pushed for it for SAG.

@ChrisBeachum did they give reason as to why it should be withdrawn from the predictions centre? It seems very strange because I’m sure it’s eligible.

    For Your Consideration:

Best International Feature: Instinct (The Netherlands)
Best Actress: Carice van Houten (Instinct)

Do you know if Romeo & Juliet is eligible?

Have a great day if you see this!

From what I observed, Netflix doesn’t submit every show to Emmys. They are probably guessing it won’t be nominated for anything. Last year Criminal UK was nominated at International Emmys even though it has no difference from The Crown in terms of eligibility.

This is why I’m thinking it won’t be. Those acquired, but not co produced, shows seem to be rejected.
