CW but with Lupita and other big names.

Lol, well I guess no then.

Kaitlyn Dever’s performance in Episode 1 of Unbelievable is such a revelation that if the Emmys were still on the tape system she would have no foreseeable competition. It’s early in the season and yet I can’t imagine any Limited Supporting Actress topping that performance, incredible.

This… Once again the Emmys will commit clownery and snub her. I’m one of the few here that claimed Eliza Scanlen did not deserve nod for Sharp, but Dever here DOES. So Emmys, don’t commit clownery! 🤡🤡🤡

Paul Rudd’s Living With Yourself is basically the male version of Russian Doll. Watch the trailer and you’ll see.

Looks promising. I wonder who wins the Globe, Rudd or Platt.

I would say Rudd if Murphy wasn’t such HFPA catnip, so I’m leaning towards Platt for now.

I predict a strong showing for this year’s #2 drama nominee and #2 drama winner thus far, despite being ineligible for Series or Lead or Supporting.

I think that was obvious from the moment it got Directing and Writing nominations.

Atm, I am going to say: Drama Series, Writing, Directing, Actress (Moss), Supp Actor (Whitford, Fiennes), Supp Actress (Dowd, maybe Strahovski), Guest Actress (Bledel, Reaser and Dretzin), Guest Actor (O-T Fagbenle).

But who knows, it might not get half of these.

Oscar FYC - Lupita Nyong'o & Elisabeth Moss ("Us") - Best Actress & Supporting Actress. It must happen; otherwise the Tethered are coming.

What about Wiley in Guest Actress? She’s a previous winner. Is it so likely she’ll get snubbed?

She is not eligible. Her episode count is 7 which is more than 50%.

Oh, I see. And how many episodes does Bledel appear in? Five?

most of this stuff isn’t 2020, but just wanted to post it somewhere. Some of this stuff will probably be bad but nonetheless the power of Murphy should be acknowledged.

I believe American Son on Netflix would qualify as well.

I doubt this will be a factor but I guess it doesn’t hurt reporting…
