The drama and the over the top replies are coming from you and from your condescending, disrespectful and bitchy remarks over very talented people from the show. I also do not need to read articles to make my own mind about performances, when something is so good it is very clear to me, especially when I personally know people that are exactly like Nate and Maddy. Also, I have seen you using the critics opinion as an argument multiple times, so do not play the card “only my personal opinion matters” now. And again, I am not talking about critics only, I am talking about million of fans and about a big number of important actors and artists. Also, I NEVER said that is going to a huge hit with awards, this also goes to Tyler, I even explained why it will not be able to really explode with them. But many shows do not need that to be iconic and very respected and prestigious until the end of times, the best example being another HBO show – The Leftovers, well guest what, Euphoria has been seen by more people (in general) and by more industry people in those two months that The Leftovers in his entire existence. So an undeniable qualities of the show like its cinematography, directing and Zendaya performance are going to be hard to ignore. And your “favorite” Jacob Elordi is a close second.

Yeah whatever. You’re trying too hard trying to justify those nominations that are not actually coming. But it’s good you like the show.

I’d recommend less intense replies towards people that just don’t agree with you and that are not actually bashing the show. Just because something is so personal to you doesn’t mean you can’t show some class in your posts. Take care.

This ^ There is a difference between those of us who appreciated the show for what it was and those who were insisting it was going to run the awards trail, obviously that’s not the case, but that doesn’t mean the quality isn’t there.

It is ironic that the technical aspects of the show and Zendaya are praised even by those who don’t care for it, yet if a show is “prestige” uneven writing is often excused because of the show’s stature. I will say I think Euphoria S1 as a whole is better than BLL Season 2, but BLL Season 2 ep 2 is better than any particular Euphoria episode. Both have narrative issues, but at least Euphoria was confident in its aesthetic, tone, and direction, where as the aesthetic BLL Season 2 felt like a watered down, carbon copy of the vibe and aesthetic of Season 1.

In this instance, BLL also has more snob appeal due to its creative team. Plus it’s built around middle-aged white actresses, which are Gold Derby catnip.

Thank you for the advice, but if I have to copy your posts as examples, my comments will stay classless forever.

You and your friends here have told me that Maslany was never wining, that Mandy Moore was never happening and that no one has seen This is us after season 1 (this delusion always makes me laugh), that the The Handmaid´s Tale is dead for the industry or that people with shows that one cares for like Julia Roberts or Julianna Margulies for her next one are happening due to name recognition. I was the last one to laugh on all of this after I had to fight alone versus 20 people. Will see what is going to happen with Euphoria at the end. I also make mistakes sometimes. Keep in mind that Reese and Evan are less probable than Zendaya though, this is something I can guarantee you.
