Best Actress: Emilia Clarke
Best Actor: Kit Harington
Best Supporting Actress: Lena Headey, Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner
Best Supporting Actor: Peter Dinklage, Nikolai Coster-Waldau
Guest Actress: Diana RiggsJune 21, 2018 at 12:42 pm #1202570732
I would not be shocked if Clarke, Harington, Headey, Dinklage, Coster-Waldau, and Rigg were all nominated. I was shocked when so many got nominated for their last season and now they are spread out into different categories.
I would be surprised if Williams returned or Turner broke through though.June 21, 2018 at 12:51 pm #1202570736
Harington, Headey, Rigg, Dinklage and Coster-Waldau, though only Rigg and Headey deserve it.June 21, 2018 at 12:54 pm #1202570737
All except Turner.

I am currently predicting :
Best Actress: Emilia Clarke
Best Actor: Kit Harington
Best Supporting Actress: Lena Headey, Maisie Williams
Best Supporting Actor: Peter Dinklage, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau
Guest Actress: Diana Riggs
That’s 7 out of the 8 HBO submitted.
I think Dinklage, Headey and Riggs are 100% gonna be nominated. They also, in my opinion have the potential to win their respective categories.
Waldau will most likely replace Harington as the show’s second nominee for supporting actor, a category that is quite open. The only thing hurting him is the fact that he has never been nominated. His character also doesn’t share the same level of popularity as other nominees like Clarke, Harington and Williams.
Clarke is a three time nominee in supporting actress, who plays, arguably the biggest and the most popular character on the show. She would have been a lock to get a nomination…. if she wasn’t competing in the lead category. Her biggest disadvantage is that the lead category has a crazy amount of contenders, most of whom are previous nominees and winners. But considering the fact that she is the only nominee from the show in that category and that she had, IMO her best season yet which featured her character finally coming to Westeros and meeting all the other major players for the first time which made for the most memorable storyline for her character since S1, I’d say she’ll most likely receive a nomination.
I am very uncertain regarding Harington and Williams’ chances. Both were only nominated for the past season and very well could be snubbed like Clarke was for S4. Again, Harington being the sole GoT nominee and his character being more popular than ever certainly gives him an edge over some of his competitors. As for Williams, I just have a hunch that she’ll be nominated. Clarke’s absence helps her immensely but her category again is very competitive. I don’t think many people are predicting her, for good reason. I just don’t think Bledel, Kirby or Strahovski will be nominated before her, none of whom have been previously nominated here. She is certainly the most vulnerable to be left off among the GoT actors, though.June 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm #1202570744
Turner is the one who deservesJune 21, 2018 at 1:11 pm #1202570756
Organized by chances to be nominated (IMO):
The bold ones are who I am predicting.June 21, 2018 at 1:22 pm #1202570770
Harington, Headey, Rigg, Dinklage and Coster-Waldau, though only Rigg and Headey deserve it.
Dinklage certainly deserves to be nominated and possibly, win too.
I would find a bunch of people more deserving of the win (for example Harbour, Schnapp, Harris etc). I think Dinklage does nothing worthy of Emmy nomination since season 4th. The fact that he won for season 5 (and I know it’s a make up win for 4th season, but I don’t care), and got nominated for doing nothing in season 6 is enough for me to want him snubbed. It wouldn’t be a huge loss since he wasn’t doing anything noteworthy this season again, but it’s just my opinion.June 21, 2018 at 1:38 pm #1202570785
Honestly I think Turner does deserve it more than Clarke or Harington. Her character is just not as popular. Her performance in “The Dragon and the Wolf” was really good imoJune 21, 2018 at 1:40 pm #1202570787

Completly agree with who should get nominated.
Diana Rigg and Lena better win this year.June 21, 2018 at 2:06 pm #1202570816
Lena Headey is all I care about. The others are amazing but Lena is the real deal.June 21, 2018 at 2:07 pm #1202570820
I think that most of them are going to be snubbed, maybe I will be wrong, but I feel that this season is pretty forgotten, I think that is not going to win a single award in the ceremony for the first time in years, the competency is much better this year, especially The Handmaid’s Tale and The Americans. I think that Riggs and Dinklage are the only ones that are safe. The Handmaid’s Tale is going to dominate the supporting actress category with 3 nominations, I am pretty sure about that, after them I see Newton, Metz, Kirby and Brown. The lead categories are also packed, so I see a lot of snubs. I really want to see Turner nominated, I hope she has a great final season.
