“It appears your sister lied to me,” well I mean… Tyrion remains as useless as a stack of hay in the middle of the ocean. I’m glad that Daenerys is actually entertaining the thought of replacing him because it’s becoming harder and harder to not think that he’s doing all of this on purpose. “He learns from his [mistakes],” um, no he doesn’t. “The things we do for love,” THE SHADE BRAN EXPOSE HIM. Turner is getting closer to that nomination. Tormund and Brienne remain goals. Meanwhile, the North stays racist. I literally screamed “Ghost” in the strangest voice possible. And, finally, that singing, wow.

Overall: though, it could’ve been shorter, a vast improvement over last week and really loved it. This episode was the definition of emotional. Also, Clarke’s acting was on point in that last scene. And, man, that cinematography.

    Grade: A (maybe A+)

Beautiful, surprisingly emotional episode. I think this all but confirms next week being an absolute heartbreaker.

Gwendoline Christie was so good tonight, and I’m living for Sophie Turner this season.

I won’t be surprised if Christie joines the GOT actresses in supporting, specially if she has the type of episode I think she will next week.

The whole cast was mesmerizing and this is the best Emilia Clarke has been since 7×06. She’s the real MVP this episode hands down!!

I was about to say up that, ironically, Clarke and Harington have stronger chemistry when they aren’t near each other, until that final scene. For once, they actually had chemistry with all that tension and anger.

Brienne is soo going to die next week and I’m already pissed. She’s a top tier hero and has done so much for the other characters

Are we headed to the possibility of Headey being in Guest actress?

I can logically see her sitting the next episode out. If she dies anywhere before the last episode that makes her eligible for guest right?

It could be a little anti-climatic for her to win that category after all this time, but maybe that’s the only field where se could actually win

I loved this episode. It’s thrilling to see this season so character focused. So hyped for next week. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is my pick for MVP this episode. So many scenes I loved. I thought this episode was terrific. I hope they submit this episode for writing (Alongside the finale, presumably), be nice to finally get Cogman an emmy nod.

Nah, Headey needs to be in only “one” other episode to be Guest-eligible which is highly unlikely

Not sure why but I found it hard to believe that arya would be doing THAT while waiting. And Bran taking one for the team was cool too. Maybe more to do than creepily stare in his future. My grade: A

OK, ladies, this was IT. A vast improvement from last week’s Nickelodeon version of Game of Thrones. Hightlights:

    1) Dany and Sansa: Short but insightful conversation about what women with power deal with in a man’s world. Bitches acted on point.

    2) Ghost! It’s a relief to see him. I roll my eyes when I get the budget excuse. Guess no dragons means Ghost. Totally OK with that. Next week we better get both.

    3) Arya: I’ve wondered for so long when her curiosity would arise. I would’ve gotten the Gendry treatment too. For sure.

    4) Supporting characters’ interactions: Sam/Jorah, Jorah/Lyanna!!!, drinking club, Arya and the ‘old shits’.

    5) Daenerys dealing with the fact that she hired the wrong person. Girl, you messed up.

    6) I’m fine with no Cersei. To be honest, I’m relieved we get a break from her; Euron is not even a remotely interesting character to have in all episodes and right now they’re a combo. Let’s wait for her to be with other regulars and slap her good.

    7) Sansa and Theon’s embrace was more emotional than any other reunion last week. #dealwithit #thousanddollartears

    8) Emila Clarke’s eye acting at the crypt scene. Baby, more of that for the last 4 episodes, please.

MVP: Gwendoline Christie = Finally got the recognition Brienne deserved in a memorable scene. Don’t think she’s dying; another loyal protector will. And you all know who… already wearing black

By the way, they just introduced the little girl with the scars to have another mind-fuck moment next week. Wait and see. Classic GoT. Never get too attached to these brave young characters.

    Grade: B+

Next week: A game-changer in the history of television
