Just finished the first part of season 6. Pretty good first half. You can tell they know the show is ending as the writing does seem tighter, like their planning something nice. Of course Wes is gonna show up, I don’t think that was ever in question. Whether it was a dream, hallucination, wishful thinking, flashforward, flashback, flashsideways or that crazy adult Christopher theory, Alfred Enoch was coming back this season and Wes being alive was always a possibility because this is that show.
I hope Asher is dead, only because somebody here has to die. But since this whole thing with Annalise dying and leaving is all a lie anyway, who knows.
But kudos on Wes “being alive”, they couldn’t have done anything better than that to bring people back for the final episodes.February 16, 2020 at 9:30 am #1203348579
I can’t believe they’re all done shooting. It’s an official wrap. Can’t wait to see what the final 6 episodes have to offer us.February 16, 2020 at 9:37 am #1203348585
What’s great is that this show ran for six long seasons without having any noticeable problems, especially behind the scenes. Sure, the quality wasn’t always great, but I feel like its loyal fans have always stuck with it. It had a peaceful run, which makes me happy.

Well said, Luca! 6 seasons is a nice run for a network program, and it paid of in spades for Viola, for more reasons than one. It also set a great resume tone for the rest of the case, as I don’t see ANY of them having a problem working again, immediately.March 5, 2020 at 11:52 pm #1203372840
We’re almost back! I have a very good feeling about these final 6 episodes! I feel like they’re going to do the show justice. This midseason finale really got the show back on track and should help shape up these final episodes to be a bombastic conclusion to this show.

I hate that we have to wait so long for the rest of the series. It may not be the best Drama Series but it’s certainly the most enjoyable one to watch. Viola Davis has been incredible every season and deserves more than one Emmy. Cicely Tyson also needs an Emmy for this role. The plot twists have been so good and it has been so unpredictable. I’m so eager to find out how they end the series.

I am hoping that Cicely gets the material to knock it out the park like she did in seasons one and four and finally get the Emmy for this role that she richly deserves.
She would have won under the old system.March 26, 2020 at 3:28 pm #1203395858

CANNNNNOOOOTTTT WAIT!April 2, 2020 at 3:59 am #1203406041
Excited for this show’s return. It sucks that it’s ending because it’s such a guilty pleasure. So entertaining from the very beginning, with some of the best (and very underrated) acting on television. I just know the ending will be over the top and explosive and I can’t wait!April 2, 2020 at 5:41 am #1203406095
Well folks, we are now about to embark on the final season episodes of this show! Bittersweet, but let’s do this! It’s my great pleasure to say, tonight’s episode is called “We’re Not Getting Away With It”.
Annalise’s disappearance is uncovered, and the fallout affects everyone. Following Asher’s death, Michaela and Connor are booked on murder charges and forced to make the most difficult decision of their lives. Bonnie reveals a secret about Tegan, and Gabriel becomes a potential murder suspect.
WHO THINKS THEY’RE READY??!?!?!April 2, 2020 at 5:42 am #1203406097
This wasn’t a prestige show.
A guilty pleasure, but a very well made one.
Viola is icononic, the cast is underrated, and in the past I would have nominated Lisa Weil, maybe for season 2, or last year, and Jimmy Smits for his brilliant season 4 work.
I’ll me this show but 6 seasons is perfect.
