With the ongoing dispute abiut whether or not that the performers from ‘Hamilton’ are (or should be) eligible for the Limited Acting Awards, it got me wondering, there was a specific award for this every type of performance (“Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety or Music Program”).

The award was last presented in 2008, in the interim decade, who do you think would be nominated?

    My guess for this year:

    Bo Burnham, Bo Burnham: Inside
    Daveed Diggs, Hamilton
    Renee Elise Goldsberry, Hamilton
    Cecily Strong, SNL
    Kenan Thompson, SNL

Have a great day if you see this!

    FYC:
    The Great
    Everything Everywhere All At Once
    Severance
    The Batman

Why did SNL struggle to win this category so much back in the day? It’s oddly enough had more luck winning actual comedy acting emmys than it did winning there. Usually it didn’t get nominated for it at all, but it’s gotten into a comedy supporting category every year at the Emmys since the category was discontinued.
