I fear that The Americans and its stars are vulnerable after a relative quiet season and so many quality new shows in the race.
I have The Leftovers in series, Actor, Actress and Supp. Actor right now as HBO’s entry, but logic is telling me to put Westworld back in.
Sense8 will likely get nothing after news of the cancellation. Even though it deserves all the tech nods out there.
Dear White People will most likely get nothing.
Gina Rodriguez, Emmy Rossum & Constance Wu will probably be snubbed once again.
What are some of the inevitable snubs you dread?June 10, 2017 at 10:24 am #1202116420
The correct answer is: “The Leftovers.” It’s going to be snubbed outright, and this will be a crushing blow to deal with on nominations day that the Emmys never acknowledged this landmark drama series with even technical nods, no less for the consistently stellar acting.June 10, 2017 at 10:28 am #1202116421
Big fan of Better Call Saul, Sex Education, Barry, BoJack Horseman, and, especially, SurvivorJune 10, 2017 at 11:17 am #1202116436
If only the show was popular with voters as is popular on this forum.June 10, 2017 at 11:22 am #1202116438
Amen to The Leftovers. I’m dreading those snubs for a third consecutive year 🙁June 10, 2017 at 11:43 am #1202116446
Definitely the leftovers, Rachel Bloom, Gina Rodriguez, Fleabag, The Good Place, oh and of course Gillian Anderson.

Beside The Leftovers, I obviously fear Eva Green and You’re the Worst in every category will be snubbed. In fact, if we got one or two major nominations from the three contenders mentioned above I’d be ecstatic.June 10, 2017 at 1:44 pm #1202116504

Jane the Virgin and in particular the consistently stellar performance by Gina Rodriguez
Auberey Plaza, who in my opinion gave the supporting performance of the year and I will only be okay if she is edged out by Thandie Newton.June 10, 2017 at 1:52 pm #1202116511
Everyone’s already said the Leftovers, so I’ll throw in Legion, particularly Aubrey Plaza in Supporting ActressJune 10, 2017 at 1:56 pm #1202116516
Oh well, can I add another name? Caitlin Fitzgerald, finally supported by some decent writing involving her character, did a stellar job in the modest (but definitely not harmful as S3) final season of Master of Sex. She definitely deserves a nomination and she’d also be a deserving winner in my opinion. Of course none of that will happen.June 10, 2017 at 1:59 pm #1202116518This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.June 10, 2017 at 3:30 pm #1202116559This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.June 10, 2017 at 4:15 pm #1202116604
I am hope that I am wrong but Christine Baranski is on the edge I don’t think she’ll get in
Vennessa Kirby is so amazing and she had the heat to get in but I feel like it’s dies down which is a shame
Trail & Error especially Sherri Shepard
Even though she has no shot in hell Hayden panettiere
Even though I don’t love the Leftovers Carrie Coon is so amazing and I don’t think she will get in
Robin Wright is also on the edge
