Looks better than I’d anticipated. Will give anything with Dev Patel, Julia Garner and Andrew Scott a shot.September 12, 2019 at 12:54 pm #1203071371This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.September 12, 2019 at 1:35 pm #1203071468
This looks like such a mess, but if it’s an anthology series I’ll at least watch the episodes with Andrew Scott and Dev Patel.

Ew about Modern Love: “Modern Love feels like vintage Woody Allen — without all the creepy baggage.”September 12, 2019 at 10:39 pm #1203072321This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.September 12, 2019 at 10:49 pm #1203072329
The 2000s called. They want their star-studded rom-com back. Literally a perfect description of what this is lol.

Also got banned because...reasons? So, I guess ciao.September 12, 2019 at 11:27 pm #1203072381
I didn’t realise Scott is in this too?!! Did he sleep last year?October 18, 2019 at 1:07 pm #1203142856
I just finished watching the whole season and WOW!! It was such an emotional rollercoaster. Every episode was great like I literally can’t find a single flaw and I especially liked how they did something special with the last episode. One of the best shows I’ve watched this year.October 18, 2019 at 2:38 pm #1203142963
Does anyone know where this would be competing next year? Limited Series? Also for those who have seen it, what are the possible emmy prospects?October 18, 2019 at 6:22 pm #1203143153
This is actually.. really good? I wasn’t intrigued by the trailer and I’ve only watched two episodes but this is incredibly enjoyable and there’s always a great tonal balance between cynicism and sappy romance that makes it realistic. I’m not sure if it can make it in at the Emmys but Olivia Cooke stands out the most to me so far, I would put her in as a worthy nominee for Limited Supporting Actress.

Watching this now (only one episode left):
“When the Doorman Is Your Main Man”, “When Cupid Is a Prying Journalist”, “Take Me as I Am, Whoever I Am”, “At the Hospital, an Interlude of Clarity” are great. All A+ episodes.
“Rallying to Keep the Game Alive”….eh. Same for “So He Looked Like Dad. It Was Just Dinner, Right?”. My grade: B.
“Hers Was a World of One” was my least fav. My grade: C+.
Didn’t love the last episode (wrote the name down somewhere cant find it) but still good. My grade: B+
