The virus has reached epidemic levels in season two as the Master seeks revenge. Eph (Corey Stoll) and Dr. Nora Martinez (Mia Maestro) work on a weapon to destroy the creatures, while Abraham Setrakian (David Bradley) searches for a book that may hold the secrets to ending the infected.July 12, 2015 at 4:39 pm #353052
One of my favorite shows from last year is back!!! According to Guillermo del Toro’s comic con interview, he directed the first 11 minutes of this premiere episode.
Episode 1: BK, N.Y.
Eph investigates new cases about Master in NY City.

Great opening. I was a little bored until Stoll came on. Someone remind me not to eat dinner while I watch this show. And also just a selfish rant, so a school for the blind with a blind teacher are going to hop on a bus with no chaperones what so ever that aren’t blind during a vampire apocalypse?! Just a sign in glowing lights saying “FREE FOOD”.July 13, 2015 at 8:10 pm #353054
The opening was fantastic, Del Toro directing the Prologue was just memorable. It’s amazing how he manages to suck us in his world of magic with Stunning direction in less than 10 minutes, just magical.
And then…the show became season 1 strain one more time, they replace the actor playing the kid, for a terrible actor… Now those vampire soldiers and the Ancients is where my interest lies on, I’m so glad one of my favorite shows from last year is back!!!!!!!Riley (the normal one, not the one who won the predictions contest)ParticipantJuly 14, 2015 at 9:22 am #353055
The finale was just so dumb that I had to cut this show.July 14, 2015 at 9:27 am #353056
care to elaborate? or just throwing shade.Riley (the normal one, not the one who won the predictions contest)ParticipantJuly 14, 2015 at 10:29 am #353057
The confrontation with the Master was truly anticlimactic for one thing. I left more thoughts in last year’s thread.July 14, 2015 at 11:01 am #353058
Ah, ok. I thought you were talking about the ending of this episode.July 21, 2015 at 10:22 am #353059
I thought the second episode was way better than the premiere, always great to see Setrakian being a bad ass, but the new son…. oh what a horrible actor.July 21, 2015 at 4:41 pm #353060
Wow this show is so great. I’m so suprised not many are watching it. Yeah I agree with the end of last season but I think they are making up for itAugust 11, 2015 at 6:33 pm #353061
I think that last episode was a filler, however it was interesting to see change of scenery, so the infection is now going to New Jersey, poor them lol.August 16, 2015 at 4:21 pm #353062
Episode 6: Identity
Kelly goes after Nora and Zack; Eph hatches a plan to create and deploy a biological weapon; Gus finds an unlikely ally in Angel.August 27, 2015 at 4:45 pm #353063
Episode 7 was, personally the season’s best so far. The Senator Sertorius ‘The Born’ is just an explosive character, The Master just seems to be way more exciting now in his new “Black Metal Vassel”, the confrontation scene didn’t disappoint.August 30, 2015 at 11:16 am #353064
Episode 8 : Intruders
Eph protects Zach from a surprise intruder in Red Hook; Gus urges the Guptas to make a tough choice; Fet and Setrakian are ready to buy the Lumen but discover they’re not the only ones in the market.
