Season 2 kicks off tomorrow at 9:30pm, after New Girl!
I think this season will be great. It took them a little while, but they really found their footing at the end of Season 1.
Personally, I think this show was robbed of both of their Emmy nods. I Hope Martha Plimpton gets another “Say Cheese”-like episode so she can be competitive again (even though I still think Poehler will be unbeatable). I also hope Lucas Neff gets some love.
What are you looking forward to?
P.S. I am currently in the process of moving all of my “Official” threads to the new forums.September 25, 2011 at 3:52 pm #223405

Like how the premire paid homage to Sherwood Schwartz. Hopefully this will be a good season and not go the way of other Greg Garcia series.September 28, 2011 at 5:41 am #223407
Really enjoyed last night’s episode. Good balance of outrageous humor and heart. “She’s rich! No wonder she knows so much about cheese!” The cast was great and I love how Cloris Leachman is now credited as “Introducing Cloris Leachman as Maw Maw”. Guess that opens up a Guest Actress slot next year.September 28, 2011 at 9:24 am #223408
I usually detest when a character on a show is discovered to be filthy rich; feels like an easy way out. But Garcia and company made it work. Nice little twist at the end with Sabrina realizing how she felt inferior to them. And the “Introducing Cloris Leachman” title card is somehow perfect.September 28, 2011 at 11:08 am #223409
I really didn’t buy the Burt/Virginia storyline. Burt’s reaction came out of nowhere and didn’t feel very natural. Of course it was obvious from the beginning that they would give the toilet back, nevertheless I was rolling my eyes when it happend.
I mean you have nothing and live in a dumpster, drop your egos and keep that f*cking fancy toilet… ughSeptember 28, 2011 at 11:15 am #223410
Last night’s episode was hilarious. It got a little “lesson learned” “preachy” in the end, but it was still very very funny, specially the first half. “The house Jean Claude Van Damme would live in”, “Get your church clothes and the fabreeze and meet me outside”.
I liked that Sabrina turned out to be rich, it gave the character and Woodward something great to do.September 28, 2011 at 5:11 pm #223411
Last night’s episode was great, and it served as further proof that Garrett Dillahunt needs an Emmy nomination.October 2, 2011 at 5:38 pm #223412
I enjoyed last nights episode ALOT more than the premiere. Martha Plimpton was funny in her scenes with the toilet. Shannon Woodward was funny in her scenes, and I think this would be a competitive Emmy episode in whatever category she gets nominated in (like I said, I started watching this show for the first time this season, so I don’t know how big of a role Shannon plays in this series. I’m assuming she is in Supporting?).
Grade for “Shannon has Money”: A-

I could’ve sworn it was mentioned/alluded that Sabrina was well off b/c of her relationship w/that boyfriend of hers. Other than that, solid episode.October 2, 2011 at 10:04 pm #223414
A nice improvement over last week’s, which is lackluster in comparison.October 4, 2011 at 2:31 pm #223415
This season has hit critical acclaim on metacritic! Please review it so it stays that way 🙂October 4, 2011 at 9:49 pm #223416
I really liked this weeks episode. Almost as good, if not better than last week’s in my opinion.October 5, 2011 at 2:55 am #223417
