Here because the best drama series lead actress of the past 4 years from a show you never respected (Continuum) has a recurring role. Double episodes for the next 3 weeks.

Episode 4.1: And The Dark Secret
    Guest Star: Rachel Nichols

When a secret sect of the Vatican Church unearths an ancient map detailing the locations of the four cornerstones of the Library of Alexandria (the original Library), it’s up to Flynn and the Librarians – with the help of an unexpected and very reluctant ally – to stop them before the stones can be used to destroy the Library.

Episode 4.2: And The Steal of Fortune

When people begin getting hurt in the unluckiest of ways, the Librarians are led to a casino where the owner appears to possess an artifact capable of stealing people’s luck. Despite falling under the bad luck curse themselves, the Librarians must turn the tables before the plague of bad fortune spreads to the wider world.

Entertaining opener. And for the next 2 weeks there will be double episodes. Rachel Nichols’ return to primetime television did not disappoint, complete with a flawless *British* accent. She takes over the role.of Nicole Noone, a guardian of the Library shrouded in mystery and promise. She was terrific. Can’t wait to see how this season unfolds I’m hooked.

Episode 4.3 – And The Christmas Thief
    Guest Star: Steven Weber

When Santa takes Flynn, Baird and Jenkins on his first vacation in centuries, he leaves his beloved sleigh in the care of the Librarians. But when Ezekiel’s career criminal mother steals the magic door, they must use the sleigh to save her, as well as Christmas itself, from Santa’s Grinch of a brother, the Patron Saint of Thieves.

Episode 4.4: And the Silver Screen

When Flynn and Baird are sucked into Baird’s favorite film noir movie, the Librarians are drawn into the world of movie magic – literally – where they’ll need to perfect their lassoing skills, sharpshooting, and snappy dialogue if they’re going to make it out alive.

Episode 4.7: And the Disenchanted Forest

When fatigue and dissension after Flynn’s sudden going AWOL from the Library threatens to tear them apart, Baird takes them to a self-help guru’s team-building camp on the edge of a forest where people have been mysteriously disappearing. Is there a monster in the woods? Or something more sinister?

Havenport, Ohio; the “Safest Town in America.” No accidents in more than 25 years. At first blush, it seems just what she needs. But there’s a price to pay for unrealistic peace of mind.

Episode 4.11: And the Trial of the One.
    Guest star: Rachel Nichols

It’s time to choose the single Librarian to tether with Baird, but with Flynn still AWOL and Jake, Ezekiel nor Cassandra can decide among them who will do it, the Library takes it upon itself (via possessing Jenkins) to assist. Some help; reducing the 3 to their most primal selves and abandoning them in a landscape of their own nightmares.

This season went by much too fast, and the season’s best villainess showed herself last week. Now, the end for a while. Let’s hope there’s a season 5, shall we?

Episode 4.12: And the Echoes of Memory (season finale)
    Guest star: Rachel Nichols

Nicole Noone is back, with Flynn her prisoner, her scheme to eradicate the Library and break the Librarians’ spirits a resounding success. Now, Earth is in a new Dark Age, with Nicole its supreme leader. It rests on Baird to not just rally the team before this terrifying, knowledge-less world becomes their new reality, but also stop the back-to-being-immortal Nicole once and for all.
