I’m fairly certain he’s ineligible. I remember him being in most episodes. I do agree that I’d love to see him nominated though. The guy’s a hoot, and between Stranger Things and Fleabag last year, he showed that he’s actually pretty good at drama. Loathsome as he is on the latter show, I couldn’t help but sympathize ever so slightly with him in that one scene, mostly because it was just so unbearably pathetic. With that being said, his character’s still an asshole who deserved what he got.
