Recently with all the TV revivals of these days (Twin Peaks, Will & Grace, Arrested Development, Full House, 24) I decided to give another look to some old shows and compare my first impression of that particular show with a new fresh look of it.

I started with Twin Peaks, first season is still good and weird, second season is still weird and bad, so nothing changed at that. Another one that i checked was HBO’s OZ and I still like it very much but not as much as the first time around.

Right now I’m watching Lost from the first season and is still really great and I liked first season even more this time around but also confirmed something that I had been thinking since the first season of Game of Thrones and is that Lost would have been a much better show if Jack were killed at the end of season one.

I’ve seen The Sopranos, Rome and Breaking Bad several times but not in the same way some of those programs i mentioned before.

Are you doing something similar and in that case what shows, what has changed since the first time you watched?

The Oscar needs to get rid of the preferential ballot so it can name a deserving movie as Best Picture again.
