I’m confident Cate Blanchett is winning SAG quite easily.

Riley is probably waiting for them to add Emma Corrin to the predictions center.

Well I think it depends on Kidman’s performance and The Undoing‘s reception but I do think people are underestimating Blanchett here and at the Globes. Remember when Sam Rockwell won over the Emmy winner for Fosse/Verdon? Well Blanchett isn’t even facing the Emmy winner here.

October 6, 2020 at 10:18 am #1203763637Riley has Anderson above Colman and Garner above Colman but not above Anderson.
I think he’s trying to tell us that:
-Anderson is the MVP;
-Colman didn’t had the material increasement as we were expecting.He also doesn’t have a 5th place which means he’s waiting for Emma Corrin to be added to the predictions center.

October 6, 2020 at 10:20 am #1203763645I think we should watch out for someone from The Boys getting nominated like John Krasinski. But if this happens then I think it is going to be Antony Starr and not Quaid or Urban.

I would be absolutely shocked if that was the case, considering how this season will shape up. Also, the reactions I’ve seen from people that have watched season 4, was that she’s amazing. But even if her material doesn’t meet expectations, she’s still ahead of Garner.
ReplyCopy URLOctober 6, 2020 at 10:35 am #1203763706Just found out John Lithgow has won 3/4 of his individual SAG award nominations and has been nominated for things he’s been snubbed for at the Emmys.
Well I just waved Bob Odenkirk goodbye from my predictions.

October 6, 2020 at 10:43 am #1203763724I’m just happy that This Is Us has a pretty strong chance of returning to Ensemble.
In before they win again, proving that the nomination may indeed be a bit of a hurdle.

This is a good point. Although it’s not as if he was nominated for his film work at SAG ever either and his performance in Bombshell was a bit controversial in reception no?
