Honestly, if Handmaid’s wins Supporting Actress it wins everything. Samira Wiley. Joeseph Fiennes. Everything.

There is no reason why the Handmaid’s ladies SHOULDN’T split votes with Dowd, Yvonne, and Bledel all getting support and if strong nominees like Headey, Newton, and Kirby can’t take advantage than the Handmaid’s voting bloc is quite simply too strong for any nominee up against it in any acting category.

    SOUNDS GREAT

When you only watch one show.

Fiennes isn’t winning. He’s in 6th people. His character has no layers or any kind of depth, it’s a very surface level role (which is the writers’ fault).

That story of him refusing that rape scene came out recently, the acting branch will eat that up.

He has no Handmaid’s Tale costars to compete against, and so if the show is looking like a Handmaid’s Tale sweep, there’s no reason Fiennes doesn’t get pulled along for the ride.

I have him on a solid second after Harbour, but there’s no way he’s in sixth. He’s at least ahead of Smith and Coster-Waldau.

Does anyone care about that? It’s one rape scene out of 378 from the 2nd season.

I think Mandy Patinkin is a huge threat in supporting actor. I am actually gonna write article about that today. I would be very happy if he won though.

Last year everyone said that he was absolutely in seventh place and barely got in. Well, there are only 6 nominees this year, so maybe he wasn’t in seventh place. Supp. Actor is so wide open, I don’t even know what to say.

I can fathom Fiennes winning. He’s totally upstaged by Moss and Strahovski is his tape but has decent screen time and is at his most sympathetic (if that’s possible).

Not sure how significant it will be but Netflix is doing individual screenings in their FYSEE for David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown’s submissions. Going all out.

Brown’s submission isn’t that good so it won’t help her. At least IMO
