I checked though and Menzies is still in lead and O’Connor and Corrin in supporting in the predictions center, so cant be that old news can it

She has no chance if Corrin is going lead at the Emmys (Corrin would win if either of them win) but if Colman ended up winning anything for this season I honestly wouldn’t complain. She was excellent throughout (especially in Fagan) and I say this as someone who didn’t even have her in my top 15 in my personal awards last time lol.

I just saw this. I’m surprised tbh and part of me side eyed it being The Daily Fail and Baz running with “I’ve heard…..” as proof. They were quite happy to chat about each other and their relationship during the promo, she’s posted him on her instagram fairly recently (though I know social media isn’t real life), and in a recent interview I read she said they were looking for another project to work on together as they had such a lovely time on The Crown. But the story has spiralled to other publications and both have refused to comment (though all cite the Fail as their source). If the DM are right, something clearly changed in the past month. The curse of 2020 and lockdown strikes! Yikes.

Five months left of eligibility but at the moment I see no reason why Corrin wouldn’t win lead- something kinda off the radar would have to explode. She fits the mold too perfectly

I’m confused as to how Emma Corrin can be considered a Lead (I mean she didn’t have THAT much screen time as far as I remember), but I have to admit here winning Lead would be even better than her winning supporting
