I guess the rumors about season 3 starting production next year are false.

Emmy voters must bend the knee to Lena Headey & Emilia Clarke for "Game of Thrones." It's their last chance to award them. Make it happen.

Perfect! If THT wins this year like I think, next year we will have an incredible race.

If GOT is eligible next year, it’ll be a slam dunk IMO. THT will struggle a bit next year I fear with BLL and GOT final season in the mix. I was secretly hoping that they wouldn’t be eligible next year, so they could avoid BLL and GOT’s final season.

No, is much more interesting like this. Also, we cannot predict que quality of the upcoming seasons of the three shows, so we will see, it is going to be glorious.

I hope they won’t win in two weeks and the writers will realize making 90% of the scenes of the show specifically as awards baits is not always the right way… Baits are known to hook Oscars, but in the Emmys not as often.

Season 1 was great and season 2 started good but went downhill imo. Its still not too late to get back on the right track

FYC: Lena Headey ("Game of Thrones") for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, Miguel Sapochnik (“Game of Thrones”) for Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series

I’m still rooting for it to win despite its flaws. You know, sometimes there are shows that you love so much even at their lowest of lows. That’s how I feel about this show. From the 6/7 I have seen in this category, I would say The Crown deserves to win solely based on quality, but that’s just me. GOT S7 was terribly paced, too much fan service etc… (and this is one of my favorite shows), ST S2 was just fine, WW S2 had a rocky first half, TIU is great but not a worthy Drama series winner IMO. That’s my personal take :))

They do not that, they show a realistic take of a dictatorship country ruled by religious fanatics and sociopaths. I hope voters are able to see that and award it, since is the best drama this year without a doubt (alongside with The Americans).

Bradley Whitford upped to series regular! This makes me very happy. He’s by far the best male actor on the show.

I wonder if Whitford being a series regular will make the season a little less dreary. Or, he could just get caught and be tortured for ten episodes. We shall see

Whitford will be next year’s best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (probably)

If he’d been eligible, he would have been a deserving guest actor winner too.
