So I heard that Sunday’s episode sucked.November 20, 2013 at 5:56 am #287975
Yes it sucked, but only because writers don’t know what to do with The Governor’s character, David Morissey though, terrific all the way.December 1, 2013 at 8:12 pm #287976
was a pretty good mid season finale, The Governor is gone, so is
Hershel, Judith is probably on that bus, Andrew Lincoln is a fucking
talented actor and that should be recognized.December 2, 2013 at 11:39 am #287977
Lincoln, despite his character being intolerable at times, was good in last night’s episode. It is too bad Wilson didn’t have more to do as he was very good a few episodes back. He could have used another solid episode to be placed on the long list of supporting actor contenders. This episode might even be an extreme long shot for a directing nod.
With Breaking Bad no longer making new episodes, maybe AMC will push for some awards recognition for its cash cow. Between TWD and Talking Dead – perhaps the most profitable show on television when comparing ratings/advertising revenue against production costs – AMC surely would like some Emmy love for a show people actually watch and care about that is still on the air.December 2, 2013 at 12:06 pm #287978
well, Mclaren is directing episode 9? I heard some rumors about it.
Edit: Ye she is directing the season finale, episode 16.December 2, 2013 at 5:13 pm #287979
I hope the show gets a little bit more Emmy love next year. Not a lot, mind. Just enough.
I thought the winter finale was fantastic. Still doesn’t make up for the crapfest that was last week though.December 2, 2013 at 5:20 pm #287980
This show is so freaking gruesome. I really like the Rick character now; and I’ve always liked his ‘son’. Only took four seasons, but there you go.

I enjoyed the mid-season finale, but one has to wonder why Lilly would let her daughter play so far away from her.February 9, 2014 at 1:34 pm #287982

The mid season premiere had a bit too much Carl being annoying. I did enjoy seeing Michonne getting her little Lost/FlashBack moment.
I see that now Melissa McBride is finally billed as regular. Nice to see Carol won’t go away, I didn’t know she would come back.February 18, 2014 at 6:01 pm #287985
So, Cudlitz arrived and… he is fat. =/ But still, it is going to be awesome seeing him shine here.February 19, 2014 at 2:56 pm #287986
I love Carol and was happy she returned this last episode. Melissa McBride is actually a very talented actress, which she has proved this seasonFebruary 19, 2014 at 4:50 pm #287987
Didn’t even recognized Cudlitz.
As for this episode, the second half of it was good, the first half was just two separate versions of a whiny blonde girl being annoying.
And YES! on Melissa McBride coming back.
