You know I believe that anyways. Comer (industry love) and Oh (industry support) will vote-split, Wright is winning final season Emmy. See ya on Emmys night.

I agree with the vote-split for Comer and Oh… buuuut I think the battle will be between Laura Linney and Emilia Clarke.

I think this is an actual unpopular opinion, I’ll probably get dragged but whatever. I agree that the best case scenario is a new category opens up for variety performers. But, while it doesn’t exist, I think certain actors from SNL completely deserve Emmy recognition in the supporting categories. Not Leslie Jones, not Alec Baldwin, but absolutely previous nominees Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, even Aidy Bryant imo. They are behind some of the most iconic comedic performances of the past decade, and its even more impressive when you hear about the time crunch clusterfuck that is a week at SNL. Again, the variety performer category would still be best, but in the mean time, I’m completely behind these performers getting recognition

Bill Hader deserves every award thrown at him. He’s a talented masterpiece.

This is more of a divisive opinion but I think Bill Hader definitely deserved the Emmy over Donald Glover last year.

Honey, rofl at Clarke. Her cartoonish performance will be fine with the nod. Linney does have a chance indeed but she’ll make one hell of a boring, barf winner. Jodie Comer all the way, honeys.

Rachel, I like you sweetheart, but thinking that Emilia Clarke has any chance is literally comical. It’s Robin vs Linney. A Oh win would be atrocious. Still not sure if Comer and Clarke will even make the cut.

    It’s more wishful thinking 🙂

Linney was actually fantastic in Ozark season 2. Much better than Oh in Killing Eve.

Kirsten Dunst in Fargo was miles better than Sarah Paulson in ACS (even though I liked her) and Dunst deserved to win.

Sarah Paulson should have won 2 Emmys in Supporting Actress in a Limited Series/Movie for Asylum and Freak Show.

Denis O’Hare should’ve won Supporting Actor in a Limited Series/Movie in a landslide for his outstanding work in Hotel and his snub still hurts.

Lena Headey hasn't got an Emmy for Game of Thrones????? Emmys you need to win her right now!!

Yeah, I’d say that’s pretty unpopular.

Ah yes, Dunst in Fargo is everrrrything. The fact that she lost the Globe to Gaga is laughable.

Sarah Paulson in Cult should have won or Laura Dern should’ve lost BLL and won for The Tale (by the reaction of the crowd, I’m pretty sure Paulson came in second anyways). While we’re at it, The Tale should’ve been nominated for directing, writing, and maybe even Burstyn, winning the former and TV Movie.

(Please don’t tear me apart for these haha.)

Bodyguard was good, but not great. I think everyone is just associating the show with Madden’s (admittedly stellar) performance.

    AHS: Roanoke was really good.

Homecoming should be winning drama series.

The Good Place season three didn’t live up to the quality of the first two.

Linda Cardellini was better than Christina Applegate in Dead to Me.

Shailene Woodley should have won the Emmy, not Laura Dern.

The Tale should have won the Emmy, not USS Callister.

Sarah Paulson should have three Emmys by now (Asylum, Freak Show, and ACS).

ACS season two was deeply disappointing.

American Vandal season one should have won limited series.

While I stan and support Amy Adams because she’s my favorite actress, Emma Stone actually gave the best limited leading actress performance of the year in Maniac.

While the show is a train wreck, Katherine Langford deserved an Emmy nomination for 13 Reasons Why.

Jason Genao from On My Block should be winning the comedy lead actor Emmy this year.

Orange Is the New Black is still a really good show.

Krysten Ritter deserved an Emmy nomination for season one of Jessica Jones.

Danielle Brooks from Orange Is the New Black should have an Emmy nomination by now.

Glee is an insanely fun show to watch, but it didn’t deserve any writing or directing nominations.

Yes. I am still upset she went supporting for season 1 when she was guest-eligible. Wooden Laverne Cox having 2 nominations and her having none just doesn’t feel right.

She was but certainly boring and passable.

Jessica Biel should have won limited actress last year for The Sinner. What a performance.
