Jessica Biel should have won limited actress last year for The Sinner. What a performance.

Oh Luca, I agree so much with this.

While the show is a train wreck, Katherine Langford deserved an Emmy nomination for 13 Reasons Why.

She was so good in the first season. Every time Hannah was on screen, Langford was absolutely mesmerising in the role. Wouldn’t had been upset if she swept over Moss in THT1 (whom I adored), gotten a lot more awards attention

Feels the trainwreck became even more apparent in S2 when they went off-book. If it never renewed it any more seasons, it probably would be one of the best miniseries.

Speaking of 13 Reasons Why, that cast is criminally underrated. Not all cast members, but some truly are, like Katherine Langford, Dylan Minnette (!!), Brandon Flynn (honestly he must be THE most underrated), Alisha Boe (didn’t like her in S1, but she was pretty darn amazing in S2), Derek Luke and Kate Walsh (some people thought she overdid it in S2, I personally didn’t).

I enjoy this show so very much, but I wouldn’t have it (not talking about the actors) get anywhere near the Emmys though. I don’t like their depiction of teenagers at all; last time I checked, teenagers aren’t just doing drugs, having sex and, well, raping and beating up other people. Of course it happens but when you paint all your characters with the same brush, it becomes a problem. What happened to studying or anything like that, because that’s definitely what I did most of the time. It doesn’t make for good TV, but there are some aspects that need to be grounded in reality when the main storyline itself is already so extreme.

Between the two Sherman-Palladino shows, Gilmore Girls is the best one.

Also Lauren Graham deserved so much better…

Ew. Graham was soooooo overrated. She did nothing but act like an irritating child.

(Please don’t tear me apart for these haha.) Bodyguard was good, but not great. I think everyone is just associating the show with Madden’s (admittedly stellar) performance. AHS: Roanoke was really good. Homecoming should be winning drama series. The Good Place season three didn’t live up to the quality of the first two. Linda Cardellini was better than Christina Applegate in Dead to Me. Shailene Woodley should have won the Emmy, not Laura Dern. The Tale should have won the Emmy, not USS Callister. Sarah Paulson should have three Emmys by now (Asylum, Freak Show, and ACS). ACS season two was deeply disappointing. American Vandal season one should have won limited series. While I stan and support Amy Adams because she’s my favorite actress, Emma Stone actually gave the best limited leading actress performance of the year in Maniac. While the show is a train wreck, Katherine Langford deserved an Emmy nomination for 13 Reasons Why. Jason Genao from On My Block should be winning the comedy lead actor Emmy this year. Orange Is the New Black is still a really good show. Krysten Ritter deserved an Emmy nomination for season one of Jessica Jones. Danielle Brooks from Orange Is the New Black should have an Emmy nomination by now. Glee is an insanely fun show to watch, but it didn’t deserve any writing or directing nominations.

I actually agree with 95% of those.

Krysten Ritter should have gotten a Golden Globes nomination at least for Jessica Jones s1. She was amazing.

Sarah Paulson should have won 2 Emmys in Supporting Actress in a Limited Series/Movie for Asylum and Freak Show.

If this is unpopular, I don’t want to be popular (though she should have been in lead for Asylum)

I’ll take this a step further and say the show wasn’t that good and neither was Madden.

Seinfeld is one of my favourite shows, but my least favourite part of Seinfeld is when the characters are needlessly, unexplainably mean to each other.

I'm not perfect, but I keep trying.

She was but certainly boring and passable.

Linney could never be boring. I think people undermine her performance because they might not like the show. She’s genuinely amazing in Ozark.

Probably very unpopular and I usually bash anything Ryan Murphy related but I really liked Feud and preferred it over BLL. A finely crafted homage with great acting, the right dose of elegance and humor.
