Chris is right on Rigg. She was never ever credited as anything but guest. Van Houten was always credited as a series regular, even in series 8 (though she qualified as guest on screen time). If you watch the credits on the Long Night – her name shows up before she mysteriously appears.

Regardless of whether a performer is guest credited or not, they can qualify as guest under Gold Derby and the Television Academy’s eligibility rules, so that’s not really what’s being discussed. Voting has closed now anyway so we have no choice but to accept the placements.

    For Your Consideration:

Best International Feature: Instinct (The Netherlands)
Best Actress: Carice van Houten (Instinct)

The Leftovers is getting in IMO, especially over something like The Crown.

I was very close to predicting it but held back because it only got nommed by GoldDerby once

Really hoping GoT will manage to land only 1 episode nomination… otherwise it’s doomed, regardless of Ozymandias competing

Lange wasn’t even better than her co-star in Feud.
