I think that All In The Family, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and MASH would have fought over the SAG Ensemble Comedy category.

I think that The Cosby Show, Cheers and The Golden Girls would have fought over the SAG Ensemble Comedy Category.

L.A.Law would have dominated the drama category.

The Golden Girls definitely would have dominated the late 80s. I also agree with All in the Family, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and MASH as winners.

On the drama side The Waltons and Hill Street Blues would have done well and Angela Lansbury would have won several times throughout the 80s.

I suspect The Mary Tyler Moore Show would’ve killed it at SAG. Also, John Goodman probably would’ve won several SAG Awards for Roseanne.

I think that it would have been a major fight between Jean Stapleton from All In The Family and Mary Tyler Moore for Best Actress in a Comedy.
