There are many but the ones that hurt the most are Normal People in Series and Daisy Edgar-Jones as I feel they were fairly close to getting those noms.

Tim Blake Nelson. Still so salty about it but I’m happy Watchmen did so great.

I’m still in shock about his snub. I was predicting him to win!

I’m a big Seehorn, Odenkirk and Banks fan, but I had to vote for Unbelievable because I thought they were close to locks.

Where is Reese? thank u, next.

My only two initial “gasps” before seeing the full PDF was from the announcement. Witherspoon’s absence in limited series actress, and Odenkirk missing in lead actor drama. I figured the two entries in lead actress drama would cancel her out (one needed to be in supporting), but I never would have predicted the Odenkirk snub. Voted for him, and by extension, Banks. Seehorn was never getting in. I knew that and didn’t predict her.

Am I the only one that thinks that Reese Witherspoon doesn’t have a lot of range as an actress? Either way, I wasn’t surprised when she was snubbed.

Reese Witherspoon to the Television Academy yesterday :

What Reese Witherspoon thought she’d be saying to everyone when she received three acting and three producing nominations :

FYC OSCARS : VANESSA KIRBY FOR "PIECES OF A WOMAN", AMANDA SEYFRIED FOR "MANK", ANTHONY HOPKINS FOR "THE FATHER", CHADWICK BOSEMAN FOR "MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM", PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN (BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY).

It’s you. She’s not Streep, but between “BLL,” “LFE,” and “TMS,” I don’t know how you can say that Witherspoon didn’t display acting range THIS YEAR. It was the most significant snubbage of the year. All the media fixated on yesterday were Witherspoon, Odenkirk, & Seehorn, snubs wise. Then Zendaya and #EmmysSoBlack.

I just don’t like her as an actress. Just my opinion.

#EmmysSoBlack really does show how institutionally racist America is.

    It’s also BLL.

How can people say #emmysoblack when white people still made up 2/3’s of the nominations? Jeez.

In fact the only trend that should have been trending is this :

    #EmmyshateLatinAmericans

The fact that the only performer who was Latina who was nominated was Alexis Bledel still hurts.
