May 12, 2020 at 2:58 pm #1203478514Oh and how can I forget? The constant snubs for The Affair in ensemble when it should have gotten in over Downton Abbey during its early seasons and DA’s late seasons at least.

May 12, 2020 at 3:48 pm #1203478595I really wish I could understand the disdain actors had for Game of Thrones because at least with ER it won tons of SAG awards but GoT never won any acting award that wasn’t specifically for Dinklage.
ReplyCopy URLMay 12, 2020 at 3:50 pm #1203478597Also, I know that Davis won twice for Murder, but she shouldn’t have been dropped after that. She should have been nominated for each and every season.

May 12, 2020 at 5:06 pm #1203478717This is a disgrace, not only SAG but all awards bodies as well. Everyone cared more about the technical aspect and the behind the scenes of the show leaving all the performances except Dinklage empty. And this is the reason S8 won big even after the backlash.
Heady, Clarke, Coster-Waldau and Glen gave performances that got unnoticed and deserved love.
Also the Globes never gave them their due in series either.
