    Several awards will be given out by the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation on November 12:

    The 2019 Joe A. Calloway Awards will be given to Kenny Leon for his direction for Much Ado About Nothing and Rick and Jeff Kuperman for their choreography for Alice By Heart.

    The 2019 Gordon Davidson Award will be given to Lisa Peterson for lifetime achievement and service in regional theater.

    The 2019 Zelda Fichlander Award will be given to Marcela Lorca, artistic director of Ten Thousand Things Theater Company in St. Paul, Minnesota.

    The 2019 Breakout Award will be given to director Taibi Magar, director of the recent Atlantic Theater Company productions of Blue Ridge and The Great Leap.
