Thoughts of a Colored Man, which was originally scheduled to play its final Broadway performance on March 20th, 2022, is now the latest show that ended its run early.
Could Sing Street take the John Golden Theatre in the spring? Or could A Strange Loop switch venues for the former musical to play the Lyceum?December 23, 2021 at 9:09 pm #1204676625
Sorry I missed Thoughts of a Colored Man. Hopefully there will be room for Kimberly Akimbo to come to Broadway.December 24, 2021 at 10:15 am #1204677384December 24, 2021 at 10:29 am #1204677402
I saw FOS last night, the main problem is it’s too long and dragged out with too much talking. The score is great and the visuals are impressive, but it needed to be shortened by a half hour or so.December 24, 2021 at 2:49 pm #1204677613December 26, 2021 at 6:55 pm #1204680725
Sorry about the cancelled shows. I saw Clyde’s tonight and it was just gut-wrenching and emotionally walloping. It should get a Best Play Tony nod, possible one for Uzo Aduba. Not now
