Dreamgirls and Rent I definitely agree with. However, I think it’s too soon to do a revival for shows like Newsies and Natashia, Pierre, And The Great Comet Of 1812.

I think a good deal of these choices were likely a case of recency bias. After all, older shows like Guys & Dolls, Man of La Mancha, and Show Boat deserved mentions here.
