My prefer choices for the handmaids tale submissions

    Elisabeth Moss: The crossing(1×03), Vows(1×06), Home(1×07), or Testimony(1X08).
Verdict: Moss will likely submit testimony but I prefer the Crossing. Vows has the scene where June cries about not bringing Hannah back home and Home has the scene where she yells at serena. Vows and Home are solid tapes but not as good as the crossing or testimony

    Ann Dowd: The crossing(1×03)
Verdict: Hands down her best performance this season it’ll be a shame she if she doesn’t submit it

    Samira Wiley: Vows (1×06)
Verdict: Vows is probably the most screentime she had this season and the boat scene she shared with moss was great

    Madeline Brewer: Milk(1×04)
Verdict: The scene where Janine confronts June is probably what I wanted Janine to be like for so long and the acting was great. The scene where she pressured by the crisis pregnancy center was heartbreaking

    yvonne strahovski: Home(1×07)
Verdict: I honestly wasn’t sure which to pick I felt like Yvonne didn’t have much material this season but I pick this episode for the scene where Serena begs forgiveness to june

    ot fagbenle: The Crossing(1×03), HOme(1×07),
Verdict: I prefer he choose Home for the scene where he reacted that June describing how much Hannah has grown. Heartwarming scene

Max minghella: shouldn’t have been nominated. With that being said Progress (4×09) would be the logical choice

Brantley Whitford: pigs(4×01), the crossing (4×03) Chicago(4×05). I prefer pigs

You can add Samira Wiley for “Vows” because there is no way in hell she isn’t submitting that episode.

    Madeline Brewer/ Max Minghella/Bradley Whitford – Chicago

Um, Madeline is def not going to submit Chicago. “Milk” is her episode and her IMO unquestionable submission.

Haven’t seen it yet but thanks for the heads up!

Is there a tape that is necessarily “stronger” for Dowd than “The Crossing”?

    Olivia Colman – 48 : 1 (or Favourites)

My guess is she’ll submit “Favourites”. I feel like the fact she submitted “Cri de Coeur” over “Aberfan” last year probably suggests that she prefers episodes with more intimate scenes rather than emotional ones. Although “48:1” I guess is “Dear Mrs Kennedy 2.0″ except Foy’s performance there outsells Colman’s’ performance in the”48:1”.

When she submits “The Hereditary Principle” 💀💀💀.

Brantley Whitford: pigs(4×01), the crossing (4×03) Chicago(4×05). I prefer pigs

“Pigs”? I’d be surprised. He’s more or less in the episode for around five minutes and essentially just has a conversation with Nick in that amount of time (in a scene that is probably more baity for Minghella than it is for Whitford). “The Crossing” would be a much stronger tape purely for that scene with June at the dinner table (will see “Chicago” on Sunday).

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

I am not sure, loll. I would say all her eps are on the same level, so she could also submit 5, 8 or 9, loll.
