Incredibly glad for Karyn Kusama’s directing nomination for Yellowjackets’ pilot, Sarah Paulson, Natasha Rothwell, and Alexandra Daddario.

Just a reminder it’s been nearly a decade since we’ve had anyone win two drama actress emmys. Zendaya’s in the pole position right now but we shouldn’t forget about freshman season Lynskey or final season Linney (ha. Linney and Lynskey lol)

theres a repeat pattern of previous winners overperforming in nominations for season 2 and then being totally ghosted come time for winners lol there is still very much a race in drama series, drama actress, comedy series, comedy actor, etc….

I am going to predict Ted Lasso to win series but I don’t understand why people are coming to the conclusion that Sudeikis is locked in comedy actor when he missed out on a guest nod for hosting SNL (a show he’s an alum of) whilst Hader got in for Curb there (a show that received no other acting nominations outside of him).

FYC: Better Call Saul and The Good Fight in all categories including Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

Happy for Pam and Tommy in Limited series and acting but no Station Eleven is criminal and how they did not nominate The Gilded Age in Period Costume is absurd.

The Oscar needs to get rid of the preferential ballot so it can name a deserving movie as Best Picture again.
