What about Great Expectations? They had a first look for that a while ago now.

You’d expect it to be in the Boxing Day slot but they actually haven’t even announced it as a part of their schedule at all! It’s strange because it wrapped a long while ago and wouldn’t really make sense to hold for next Christmas as much as it would fit in tonally. Maybe they’re going for Easter lol?

FYC: Better Call Saul, The English and The Good Fight in all categories including Emily Blunt, Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

Radio Time gave I Am Ruth 4 stars

“It will come as no surprise to anyone that Winslet is absolutely phenomenal here. The revelation here is Mia Threapleton. Just like her mother, Threapleton manages to thread the needle, making her character relatable and sympathetic, despite at times, particularly in early scenes, being exasperatingly obtuse.”

I Am Ruth reviews so far:

My take is that Winslet will ofc be snubbed but Threapleton might have a shot.

Purely because of my adoration of The Traitors and Claudia Winkleman, my predictions for Entertainment Performance

    Claudia Winkleman – The Traitors
Graham Norton – The Graham Norton Show
Chris & Rosie Ramsey – The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show
Alison Hammond – I Can See Your Voice
Big Narstie – The Big Narstie Show
Mo Gilligan – The Lateish Show

    ITVX first impressions? 🙂

Seems to be very muted so far. Maybe a mistake to launch without one of either David Tennant’s or Vicky McClure’s new shows?

    Or Nolly with HBC.

One of those three would have given the platform some sort of buzz but nobody is talking about any of their new shows yet.

This has also finally been dated. Adaptation of his own book from Nick Hornby. The teaser they put out months ago looked delightful. I also saw Nolly is slated to premiere in January according to a Radio Times feature on upcoming shows in 2023. Seems like a great start to the year with those, Happy Valley and Stonehouse. Hope they don’t disappoint.
