Didn’t know Julia was coming back in time for this Emmy cycle. Excellent news.
Manifesting a Lanchashire Julia nom and for Happy Valley S3 to pull a Fleabag S2.

I don’t believe it has been dated yet. They did wrap filming a while ago and HBO mentioned it in their most recent “coming soon” teaser, but they did the same for Gilded Age and that is definitely not airing this cycle.
Formerly known as PianoMann.

March 22, 2023 at 7:02 am #1205359621A return to form thankfully with last night’s Ted Lasso episode. Mainly everything worked and flowed unlike the clunky premier (although I agree with the reviews the isolated Keeley office plot line could be cut out entirely with already top heavy episode lengths). Pretty sure this could be Brett Goldstein’s Emmy submission and why he’s a serious three-peat threat with a standout performance. Hannah Waddingham also continues to come in hot and looking to take back the supporting actress crown.

I know BAFTA’s not populist but I just went and looked up the BARB (UK ratings) data and was shocked
22.5m in less than 28 days for a subscription streaming series pilot seems unhinged to me especially for the UK.

Yeah I preferred this episode but I am meh on Keeley’s whole storyline this season.

Ngl but I hope both go to 2024 so I can spend an entire year campaigning for Lancashire as opposed to a month or two.

March 22, 2023 at 2:19 pm #1205360320Confirmed: S2 of #TheAfterparty on Apple TV+ has been pushed back from the announced late April premiere date until July, per a rep for the streamer. NYT noted this in a features profile and @ATVPlusNews first spotted it.

March 22, 2023 at 5:16 pm #1205360549Is this because of the ongoing circumstances vis-à-vis Haddish?
