I don’t think anybody is moving to lead for TWL, specially since everybody already went Supporting for S1, and the show didn’t change it’s ensemble structure.

I think the voting change puts actresses like Sabrina Impacciatore at a disadvantage

Not if they want to stay in limited. Placing Coolidge in lead goes directly against the reasoning Emmys provided for allowing the show to compete here.

In all honesty they will not and also should not allow The White Lotus competing in limited, especially with the news surfacing that the new season will bring old characters in some capacity back.
