    Here are the nominees!
    DAVID TENNANT IS NOMINATED WOOHOO!
The I Hate Suzie erasure tho is terrible, Billie Piper should be stacking awards for that performance.

Side note – love seeing some of India’s best TV work recognized here since we don’t really have an Emmys equivalent here and, a performer like (Emmy-nominee!!!) Nawazuddin Siddiqui has remained unnoticed for his absolute serve on Netflix’s Sacred Games.

Tennant is deserved, it’s a great performance.

Squires is fantastic in Adult Material though so as much as I dislike the I Hate Suzie erasure I also think she’s incredibly deserving. That’s an incredibly hard role to take on.

Glenn Close is joining Tehran on Apple which got nominated this upcoming season, right?

Also yay for Call My Agent.

Delhi Crime from last year was sensational.

Sometimes I wish the (non International) Emmys added a foreign language category, especially now.

Surprised by the absence of Insivible City, since they’re crazy for brazillian shows.

From what I read, the eligibility period was from January 2020 to December 2020.

    Right!

Sometimes I wish the (non International) Emmys added a foreign language category, especially now.

TCA nominated Omar Sy this year and, I remember listening to a GoldDerby Experts chat where Pete Hammond & Anne Thompson (not really sure if it was her or Libby Hill, sorry) talked about how they wished they could vote for shows like Lupin, Call My Agent and so on.
I hope they do consider adding a foreign-language category or at least giving the International Emmys ceremony a proper broadcast sometime in the future.

Brazil flopped so much this year. Hopefully “Emicida” wins Arts Programming.

Nice that “Call My Agent” returned.

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

I was very surprised when I didn’t see a single acting nomination.

I will say on the plus side I am so glad to see David Tennant here. Especially after he was snubbed at the BAFTAs earlier this year. He gave a phenomenal transformative performance on Des and he’s been criminally underrated for so long (hopefully he picks up the win!)
