I’d say of last years winners, I’d rank it as:

1. Tony Shalhoub

2. Alex Borstein

3. Julia Garner

4. Jodie Comer

5. Billy Porter

I’m predicting the first two to repeat, and I think the third has a chance. The bottom two would shock me if they won again.

I actually think Billy Porter is likelier to repeat than Comer or Garner if nominated. He could benefit from a Succession vote split and he potentially won’t be nominated against a co star. I don’t see how Comer can beat the top 3 actresses and Garner will suffer from being nominated against McTeer.

I put Porter at the bottom because I don’t think he’ll be nominated while I think the others will be.
