We need some positivity around here.

Solidarity with the striking writers. Pay them the wages they are owed for bringing us the content we are all on here because of!

I am going to do some categories at a time.

Lead Actress in a Drama Series – TIE – Viola Davis (2015) How To Get Away With Murder and Sharon Bless (1987) Cagney & Lacey

Supporting Actor in a Drama Series – TIE – Larry Drake (1988) L.A.Law and Zeljko Ivanek – (2008) Damages

Guest in a Drama Series – Alfre Woodard L.A. Law 1987 – won for the pilot which also won Outstanding Directing. Guest female and male categories did not exist at this time. Her performance has stayed with me when I saw this episode as a teenager and it still holds up when I rewatched the pilot a month ago

Ozymmandias was written by Moira Walley-Beckett, not Gilligan, but yeah, can’t see any writing win better than that.
