I hated the moment when they mentioned the pandemic, but the COVID hoarder storyline was hilarious. Also, Larry listening to the theme music at a concert was really awesome, especially since it’s not something you expect.

The first ep was hilarious – particularly the ‘Maria Sofia’ scene. The best comedy on TV is back!

Is Albert Brooks just a part of the cast now? (a la Ted Danson and Richard Lewis)

I hadn’t laughed that much for quite some time. The world is a better place if there’s Larry David around you!

I do hope Woody and Ted appear together in one scene and make a “Cheers” joke.

I didn’t know Kaley Cuoco would appear this season.

An all-timer Curb episode! It reminded me a lot of “Palestinian Chicken”.

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

I’ve been enjoying this season, even though I think the plots have been a little more broad and outlandish than Curb usually is at its best. I think the Young Larry season arc feels a little thin at this point – certainly not as conceptually interesting or original as last season’s spite store – but as a loose scaffold to hang individual episodes onto, it certainly works. I absolutely loved the unexpected opening scene, one of the most surprising they’ve ever had, and I thought the premiere was really solid. “The Watermelon” is the high mark of the season so far. Ridiculous in a way only Curb could pull off, and had that signature payoff that we’ve come to hope for from the show. I think Leon has been the standout this season; he is absolutely indispensable to this show.

I loved how a Ku Klux Klan guy was the nicest person around in the whole episode, lol.
