I still can’t believe Mare took home three acting awards and lost Series.
    Incredible.

I am just happy for Michaela Coel and Kate Winslet. Nothing else matters.

Anyway, Kate Winslet, Julianne Nicholson and Evan Peters all have Emmys for Mare of Easttown. That is more than I asked for. Amazing.

I loved The Queen’s Gambit and am happy it won (preferred IMDY in series and Michaela, Kate and Elizabeth in actress though) but the show’s producer saying “Anya thank you for bringing back sexy to chess” is so cringe 💀💀💀

…and then in the next breath talking about patriarchy. The lack of self-awareness was…something.

I would’ve preferred Anya and Hahn but i don’t care about Winslet and Nicholson, good for them and I hope Nicholson do capitalize on her win.

And i hope Kathryn makes some moves again because I need my girl with an Emmy.

I don’t think so, but that was kind of inevitable since that’s where most of the action was this year.

Evan Peters winning for MoE and not for a Ryan Murphy show reminds me of Leonardo DiCaprio winning an Oscar for The Revenant and not for a Scorsese movie.

Also, i kinda felt bad for Anya with the speech? She gave a heartfelt performance and all that Scott Frank has to say is about her sexyness? I know about all the tribute on the Directing but still
    Felt quite sexist.
