Isn’t buzz a different thing of popularity?

I’m pretty sure the views The Handmaid’s Tale got on the season 4 trailer aren’t all from youtube because Succession’s season 1 trailer had like 20M views a couple of years ago 💀 and we all know not that many people are watching it.

Buzz and popularity aren’t always equivalent to one another. Mom is an audience hit yet it has less buzz than something like Hacks. Perry Mason is a hit yet it’s completely buzzless.

What’s the use for all that “buzz” if it’ll mostly be snubbed above the line for Bridgerton and The Crown? At this point Erin Doherty is more likely to get in than Ann Dowd or Yvonne Strahovski and maybe even Samira Wiley.

As she should! Her performance in “Favourites” was an acting masterclass!

Why there isn’t Jon Huertas in supporting actor predictions yet?, He has more chances to get into 8 than Chris Sullivan in this season.

If thisis buzz, my point stands and Handmaid’s Tale is buzzier than The Crown.

If “buzz” is purely related to rewards, then yes, The Crown has a bigger one.

I’m pretty sure the views The Handmaid’s Tale got on the season 4 trailer aren’t all from youtube because Succession’s season 1 trailer had like 20M views a couple of years ago and we all know not that many people are watching it.

Where is this trailer? It has one trailer with 2.8 million views which is standard for a HBO debut production. I double checked and there is no trailer 20 million views in the HBO channel. I did not find such in the search bar either, provide link, please.

And even if you are right, one thing are the views for a thing that is debuting, another thing are the views for a trailer for season 4. All 12 million views for the trailer of THT season 4 are legit and the tons of comments and likes reflect that too. The huge success of the show is just too much for some of you to handle since you incorrectly predicted that the show is a bore that people were abandoning in the middle of season 2. But yo were not just wrong, you were deadly wrong, because it has become the biggest drama in the world along with The Mandalorian.

I thought Elisabeth Moss won the Emmy for Lead Actress with last week’s episode, but THIS WEEK’S EPISODE?!!!!!!!!

    Moss just obliterated the competition!

She’s truly giving one of the best performances I’ve ever seen this season.

When people hype up anyone Handmaid’s-related before I do, you know the shit is real.

What an awesome finale of this is us season 5( infact best of 5 seasons), Lot more boost for emmy’s. Especially mandy moore’s acting was praiseworthy.

The Handmaid’s Tale have bigger buzz than all the shows you mentioned combined. This forums continuous to live in denial with the show’s popularity and massive love and adoration is one of the funniest thing I have even seen.

The only show that comes close to the popularity and relevance of THT is The Mandalorian, but we have yet to see if actors are gonna embrace it.

Clearly. Can’t even do better than a show that ended 2 years ago but ok.
