Re Severance: the people added to the SAG prediction centre are Arquette, John Turturro, and Christopher Walken. No Scott to be seen, actually.

That’s weird because Adam Scott is the lead lol.

I keep finding the lack of info on this and Landscapers to be worrisome but then I remembered we didn’t even know what Hacks would be called until two months before it premiered lol.

    FYC:
    Picture: Passing/The Power of the Dog/Shiva Baby/Spencer
    Director: Jane Campion/Rebecca Hall/Pablo Larrain
    Actor: Benedict Cumberbatch/Andrew Garfield/Winston Duke
    Actress: Olivia Colman/Kristen Stewart/Tessa Thompson
    S. Actor: Richard E. Grant/Troy Kotsur/Kodi Smit-McPhee
    S. Actress : Kirsten Dunst/Claire Foy/Jayne Houdyshell/Martha Plimpton/Ruth Negga/Diana Rigg/Anya Taylor-Joy
    O. Screenplay: Bergman Island/Mass/Nine Days
    A. Screenplay: The Lost Daughter/Passing/The Power of the Dog/Shiva B

Hacks still came up at TCAs, though.

We’re heading into November and Severance is a 9 episode show right? Apple always drop the first 2 or 3 first and then go weekly, so we’re looking into a 6/7 weeks period of airing, it’s getting weird, we should have at least a teaser by now if this is making 2021.

She would have been an incredibly deserving winner too but Moss was just sensational in Top of the Lake. One of my favourite performances of hers.

A question, all. If you were running the HBO and/or Netflix campaigns upcoming, how/who would you strategise??

Darlings the way he already just ended his competition.

Didn’t see all 7 episodes yet like the critics who praised her but in this episode Snook still outsold

I agree but her increase in screen time is really noticeable.

Absolutely. Succession totally gives Sopranos/West Wing’s vibes in the way that the nominations for the cast keeps increasing season by season. And Cameron especially is comparable to Turturro, who was snubbed for S2 and finally gets her due for S3.

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

If it’s winning drama series I’d be shocked if Smith-Cameron doesn’t get nominated. The show has only grown in popularity and support as has her performance.

If Alan Ruck gets juicy material this season I think he can also happen too.

    I don’t know
There are a lot of people still backing Strong’s character on social media, and while I know that this is irrelevant, it shows how Strong can get support easily for this role, at least to some.

Would love for Succession to be able do that but vote splitting wasn’t a thing back then.

As much as I love these men and would love it to happen, Bob Odenkirk needs to get his due🤧
