    Calling it now
Better Call Saul will get all their previous actors back + Rhea and that will make Odenkirk win.

Hun they don’t care about the show.. one of the Succession men or Bateman will end up winning.

On the one hand I really want Rhea Seehorn to finally get nominated for Better Call Saul (she’s incredible!) but on the other I also know that if she does get in she’s so going to grab votes away from Snook and I don’t know if I’m prepared to see that happen…

    FYC:

"The Good Fight" and "The Other Two" in all categories.

    I just have a feeling
I have no logic to back that on, but I’m calling it now.
July next year I’ll be proven right or wrong.

I kinda agree with this but he still feels more likely than Odenkirk because he’s won SAG twice and hasn’t missed a nomination yet.

Bateman lost to a win pushed by a narrative after winning sag already, so I can see Odenkirk being ahead of him. Strong is likely repeating tho considering how he seems to be an even clearer favorite among succession leads this time.

Bateman will certainly be win-competitive, but with the way things are currently going, I think Strong will repeat. I know everyone wants Snook to win, but I still think Garner will give her a run for her money. That said, we’ve never seen someone win three Emmys for the same role under the new system. Actress is the biggest question mark for because nothing makes sense. I don’t think Zendaya is repeating. If Aniston couldn’t win for S1, I doubt she wins for the more poorly received S2. And Linney, well, I have no hope. I also do not buy Sandra Oh at all even though I know people want it to happen. Carrie Coon or Christine Baranski (depending on who goes lead for The Gilded Age) make the most sense ATM IMO.

Jeremy Strong is so strong (lol) right now that he might even win SAG.

Idk about the Emmys tho, will he be the first to repeat on the new system on this category? I feel like someone’s coming to spoil a la Matthew Rhys taking away whatever chance Sterling K. Brown had of a repeat.

I had that feeling in 2019 there was no one I wanted in more than Rhea but I think I’ve made my peace with the fact that if it hasn’t happened yet against a bunch of different line ups, it’s probably not going to.

Also, Jennifer Aniston is basically borderline this season IMO, she is not being a L lead like she was for the first season.
This one is all about Reese and that might hurt Aniston a bit.

The way Snook has a better shot in Lead than in Supporting methinks

I agree with everything Luca said Zendaya, Jennifer and Sandra aren’t happening imo and if Laura couldn’t win for s3 well.. I’m gonna need Carrie or Sarah to pull through if they go lead.
